Rehabilitation Programme
The massive disaster of tsunami takes away the lives of the people and the children were become orphans.  They lost the estate and many of them were homeless and loss the livelihood opportunity as their boats was severely damaged.  Though relief operations were made immediately after tsunami it was need to provide rehabilitation works for reorientation into the society.  Under this many of the rehabilitation works initiated.
BOAT REPAIR :  
Due to tsunami most affected people were fishermen community and they have lost their occupational utensils of boats and nets and eventually loss their income.  Under rehabilitation programme total 40 boats and nets were repaired and enable to reorient in the normal life of the tsunami affected families. HOUSE CONSTRUCTION :
Under rehabilitation programme house construction and house repairs was made as many of the families become home less due to the massive disaster of tsunami.  If they were not reoriented in the society the children will become child labours or anti social activists. Few houses of the villages were severely damaged and in the rainy season the problems are more and they could not have proper shelter to stay with their families. To prevent this house repairs were made based on the damage of the house either fully or partially. 
QUALITY OF CONSTRUCTION :
The quality of construction was also very superior not with immediate relief but with a motto of permanent nature.  The families of the beneficiaries are feeling proud to say about their houses and they also expressed that they never even imagined to have a such good house for them.  Total 225 houses were repaired in Machilipatnam and Nagayalanka Mandals of 16 villages. 
LIVE STOCK DISTRIBUTION :
The main focus is to reorient the victims in the normal society and the remedy should be in permanent way and it is decided that to distribute the buffaloes and sheep for the victims of each family 2 buffaloes and 2 sheep, to get the income from the milk of the buffaloes. All the families are living very happily with their buffaloes. Total 256 buffaloes and 260 sheep were distributed to the victims’ families in all the 16 villages. Each family 10 chicks and 5 fruit plants were also distributed as by growing the chicks the income can be generated. Apart from that health insurance was also covered for the buffaloes and with those 10 beneficiaries also availed the insurance amount after death of the buffaloes.TOILETS CONSTRUCTION :
Open defecation is a major problem in the operational villages which causes for many diseases. Due to lack of poor sanitation and also the children feaces are lying with in the vicinity of the house and eventually prone to diseases.  To arrest this problem it was determined to construct the house toilet to the families which increases the environment cleanliness and consequently reduce the health problems.  Multi purpose (used for bathing and latrine) toilets were constructed.   Total 205 toilets were constructed in 16 villages of 2 Mandals.
